How to play

1. 1You see a sliver of a still and the year. Know it? Type a film or series and pick it from the list.
2. 2Every miss (or pass) widens the frame and unlocks a clue: genre, an actor, a line, the makers, the shape of the title.
3. 3Each guess tells you whether the answer is older or newer than it.
4. 4Six guesses. A new puzzle every midnight (Istanbul time).
