Courtenay Kellen Taylor, 19 Temmuz 1969 tarihinde San Francisco, Kaliforniya'da dünyaya gelmiştir. Amerikalı bir seslendirme sanatçısı ve oyuncu olan Taylor, özellikle video oyunları sektöründeki üretkenliği ve ikonik karakter seslendirmeleriyle tanınmaktadır.
