Born and raised in New England (Swampscott, Massachusetts) Jim is a long-time NYC resident, Jim is the ultimate "big city, small town Yankee", and has no plan on changing.

Satisfying roles on Hulu's Only Murders in the Building, Netflix The Night Agent, Hallmark's Last Christmas Home, the sports feature Road to Boston (directed by master director Je-Kyu Kang), and the recent feature Ricky, directed by Rashad Frett (Best Director at Sundance-2025) are among recent roles that seem to indicate Jim should just keep going.
