Matt Sy

Matt Sy is a SAG-Eligible actor trained at Berg Studios with an engineering degree. He combines physicality with technical training under faculty and alumni affiliated with Yale School of Drama, bringing a grounded and intentional approach to his work.

As an athlete, Matt thrives in both team-oriented sports like basketball, pickleball, and volleyball and in individual combat sports like boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Daily, he hits the gym and goes for long runs and short sprints, giving him the versatility to handle a wide range of physical demands.
