Angela Finocchiaro (b. Milan, 20 November 1955) is an Italian actress. She began her theatrical career early in the 1970s, with significant experience in the experimental company Quelli di Grock . At the same time, after high school, she enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine while also attending the Accademia Filodrammatici in Milan. A popular theater comedian since the early 1970s, in 1979 she was chosen by Maurizio Nichetti for the film Ratataplan. Since then, she has alternated between theater, film, and television roles. She won the David di Donatello Award twice for Best Supporting Actress for Don't Tell (2005) and My Brother Is an Only Child (2007).
