Lissa Carandang-Sweeney is a mixed Filipino-American actor, producer, and costume designer based in New York City and raised in the greater Philadelphia region. Her debut as both lead actor and producer on the feature film Alice-Heart deepened her commitment to both disciplines, earning her Slamdance Film Festival’s 2025 Outstanding Acting Award, while the film received the festival’s Narrative Feature Grand Jury Honorable Mention.
