His contributions to the Dave Matthews Band, first as a touring member and now a full-time member, have garnered him visibility. Some of the notable artists whom Ross has supported include Ariana Grande, The 1975, Lady Gaga, Stevie Wonder, Christina Milan and John Mayor.
