Inushichi is a rogue with a horrible criminal record, including rape and extortion. By chance, he ends up working for the constable Gennosuke Tagami. One day, Inushichi sets out to catch a thief who broke into a lumberyard. However, a shocking conspiracy is swirling behind the incident.
